Here at Brewmeister Coffee Company located in Newnan, Georgia we have developed a new innovative roasting philosophy. Our philosophy is simple - give each and every customer their personal taste preference in a gourmet cup of coffee.  We realized that in this hurried world we live in today, everything has become mass produced for efficiency and unfortunately as a result we have lowered our personal expectations and learned to settle for less than what we truly want.  We feel that somewhere along the way, the coffee industry lost sight of their customers personal taste preferences.  It became easier to have a "panel of tasters" tell the public what they should want in a cup of coffee than to actually roast the coffee to what the individual customer truly wanted.
